Very good service, our flight was an hour late but driver waiting and although he couldn't speak English was cheerful and carried and loaded cases. Car was larger than expected. Would definitely use again when in Barcelona. Yvonne.

How much time before I need to make my reservation?
You can make your reservation until 1 hour before your arrival.
Is my booking a private transfer?
Yes, we only provide private transfers. You and your party will be the only passengers in the vehicle. So you don't have to wait for other passengers to arrive and no have to do any additional stop until your final destination.
How long takes my confirmation?
The confirmation is immediate. Once terminated your booking process you will inmediatly receive the confirmation voucher in your email inbox. Please verify all details contained in the voucher. It is mandatory to specify a mobile phone number (working in Spain) and your flight number on arrival.
Can I pay to the driver by cash or credit card?
No, we only deliver pre-paid transfers . But you will be able to modify or cancel your reservation until one hour before your pickup time and we will refund to you the total amount paid. You only have to send us an email (during working hours, Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:00) with your request or call to the 24 hours helpline to the number printed in confirmation voucher.
My flight is delayed. Do I have to notify the issue?
No. your driver will be checking your flight arrival time and he will change your pickup time automatically. This is the reason why we need your flight number.
PayPal or Credit/Debit card payment Which of those do I have to use?
We use two different secure platforms for payments.
With PayPal you will be able to pay with a PayPal account OR also directly with your credit card. To pay with credit card click the link "I don't have a paypal account" (or "pay with credit/debit card") located at the bottom of PayPal page. PayPal normally accept every kind of credit cards.
With our Credit Card platform (powered by Deutsche Bank) you will be able to pay with mostly credit and debit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
