I need a transfer today. How much time before I need to make a reservation?
We need ony 1 hour to prepare your transfer. So you can make a reservation up to 1 hour before requested pickup time.
Is my booking a private or shared transfer?
All reservations are for private transfers and your party will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means no queues, no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.
How long takes the confirmation? How much time I have to wait to know if my transfer is confirmed?
The confirmation is immediate. Once terminated your reservation process and confirmed the payment you will receive an email with the confirmation voucher. Please verify all details contained in the voucher (phone number, flight number, pickup or destination address...)
I don't want to pay online, can I pay directly to driver?
Our company policies does not allow direct payment to drivers. But you don't have to worry about that. In fact, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to one hour before your pickup time. You only have to send us an email (during working hours, Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:00) with your request. In case of cancellation we refund you the total amount paid.
My flight is late. What I have to do?
Nothing. we will check your flight arrival time and we reschedule your pickup automatically. This is the reason why is very important to fill your flight number in your reservation. Please check that you have completed your reservation form with this information.
Where will the driver meet my party? Where is the meeting point?
If you are arriving to Airport Terminal 1, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, after your party has collected their luggage and cleared customs. In front of the glass door that separates restricted arrival area from the rest of terminal building, your will see a coffee-restaurant named "Caffè di Fiore". The driver will be standing there, holding a sign with the Lead Passenger name provided to us at the time of booking.
If you are arriving to Airport Terminal 2, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, after your party has collected their luggage and cleared customs. After the glass door that separates restricted arrival area from the rest of terminal building, your will see on your left the meeting area. The driver will be standing there, holding a sign with the Lead Passenger name provided to us at the time of booking.
Leaving the City: If you are being collected from a hotel, the driver will meet your group in the hotel’s main lobby. If you are being collected from a private apartment or villa, please have your group waiting out front at the scheduled pick-up time. In other cases, please provide us with the complete address and specific details (plaza, square, landmark, etc.) of where you would like your group to be collected during the booking process.
Which is the difference between PayPal payment and Credit/Debit card payment? Which I have to choose?
We use two different gateways to secure your payment process.
With PayPal you will be able to pay with a PayPal account OR directly with your credit card. To pay with credit card click the link "I don't have a paypal account" (or "pay with credit/debit card") that will find at the bottom of payment process page. PayPal normally accept every kind of credit cards.
With Credit Card platform (Deutsche Bank) you will be able to pay with mostly credit and debit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
