How to calculate the price for a transfer from Barcelona Airport to City Center
To calculate the price for a private transfer from Barcelona Airport to City Center, select your airport terminal (Terminal 1 or 2) from the list of available locations in “TAXI FROM”, then start typing the name of your hotel / apartment of the destination address in field “TAXI TO” of our reservation form. You will see our “auto-complete” feature giving to you some alternatives that matches what are you typing to choose.
If you need to go to an intermediate location before your final destination (for instance to leave your luggage or to get the key of your apartment) you will be able to indicate up to 8 intermediate locations in your transfer, by clicking the link “add stops” that appears below the “TAXI TO” field in reservation form. Our application will ask you for your intermediate stop and the time that the taxi will have to wait for you in that location (by periods of 15 minutes).
Remember to indicate your flight number, this is very important to us. Only with this information will be able to check for flight delays and change your pickup if your flight is late.
Then you have to indicate the number of people (children needing a child seat must be indicated in separate field) and the total number of luggage.
Finally, indicate the date and flight arrival time. If you need a return trip, also indicate the date and time of return. To book a single transfer, please uncheck the “return” field in reservation form.
In case of return trip take care of pickup time, because you will need from 35 to 45 minutes to arrive to the airport from the center of Barcelona. For instance, a good time to leave Barcelona would be from 2 to 2.5 hours before your flight’s departure.
Clicking the “See Price” button on the reservation form you will see the types of vehicle availables for selected dates and times and prices. Once terminated the payment process with credit card or paypal, our system will confirm immediately your reservation by sending you an email.
It won't be necessary to confirm your return trip. All our services are confirmed at booking.
